He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne J. Latsha and June M. Latsha (Peifer); and his grandparents, Fred, Alda Latsha, Elmer and Viola Peifer.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Latsha (Koppenhaver); his daughters, Lucinda Raup (Daniel) of Dalmatia, PA and Andrea Grabert (David) of Fairport, NY; his grandchildren, Betty Dealy (Nathan) of Harrisburg, PA, Abigail Grabert and Christopher Grabert of Fairport, NY; and his siblings, Michael Latsha (Sueann) of Pillow, PA, Julie Harmon (Douglas) of Lykens, PA and Cynthia Lilly (Dennis) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
