Foltz of Pine Grove Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Richfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Willow and Mildred Snyder Willow; her husband Wayne K. Foltz; and her brother Norman Willow. She is survived by: her sons, Robert E. Foltz (Georgia) of Duncannon and Garry L. Foltz (Catherine) of New Milford; her grandchildren, Jennifer Potter (Jeremy), Garry L. Foltz Jr. (Trina), Elisa Foltz, James Foltz and Angela Chamberlain (Oliver); her great grandchildren, Austin, Alex Potter, Kyle, Camryn Foltz, Chase, Oliver, Jasmine, Olivia and Kaylee Chamberlain; and her siblings, Elsie Witmer of Harrisburg and Donald Willow (Judy) of Hershey.
