With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelson L. Wheeler of Pine Grove Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nelson L. Wheeler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nelson and Margaret Wheeler (Clark); his spouse Shirley Wheeler (Soyster); and his sister Margaret Yoder. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie McMiniment of State College, Gregory Wheeler Sr. of Bellefonte and Todd Wheeler (Kathleen); his siblings, Dolores Rhoades, Marlene Fisher, Eugene Wheeler (Darla), Eileen Workinger (Robert) and Thomas Wheeler (Linda); and his grandchildren, Tricia McMiniment (Sara), Amanda Wheeler, Gregory Wheeler Jr. (Lisa), April Wilken (Josh), Alison Cook (Alan), Jessica Michael, Toni Wheeler (Tom) and Todd Wheeler. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
