She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Waite and Edna Dent Waite. She is survived by: her husband George Petkus; her daughters, Sandi Petkus of Indiana, PA and Beverly Cechman of Pitcairn; her son-in-law Kenneth Cechman of Pitcairn; and her sister-in-law Helen Waite of Turtle Creek.
