She was predeceased by: her husband Harry L. Kuczma; and her parents, Joseph Hartman and Mary Hartman. She is survived by: her children, Gary L. Kuczma (Laura Zwirek), Mark J. Kuczma and Linda A. Melczak (Daniel); her grandsons, Paul (Joanna), Nicholas (Mandy), Benjamin (Cara), Andrew Kuczma (Kristin), Brian and Matt Melczak; and her great grandchildren, Julia, Andrea, Tyler, Joshua, Cameron, Ava and Peyton.
