He was predeceased by: his brother Wesley Moore, Jr.; and his granddaughter Shelell. He is survived by: his parent Wesley; his adoptive child Carmella; his wife Marlene; his children, Christine Noel (Mark), Christopher Arter, Andrea Moore, John Byars, Carmella Dearman of Pittsburgh, PA and Joanne Wallington (Keith) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; his sister Janet Cammon; and his grandchildren, LaChrisha, Marlan, Terrel, Casey, Nataja, Marcia, Mark, Antoine, Dashaei, John III, Latausha, Antoinette, Kennedy, Kameron, Keith, Jr., Johnell and Lailah. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
