She was predeceased by: her parents, Herasim Ermakov and Ksenia Ermakov; and her spouse Sergius D. Andreychek. She is survived by: her children, Timothy and Anita Gardner (James); her grandchildren, Nicholas Andreychek (Melissa Ann), Melissa Lee Andreychek and Devin Gardner; and her great grandchildren, Makayla Andreychek and Landon Andreychek.
