He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Haburjak Sr. and Mary Agnes Schaeffer Haburjak; and his stepsisters, JoAnn and Jacqueline. He is survived by: his wife Denise Haburjak (Baldock); his sons, Andrew Haburjak (Sarah), Brandon Haburjak (Erin) and Lance Haburjak (Megan); his grandchildren, Harper, Hayden, Hadley and Olivia Haburjak; his brother-in-law John; and his sibling's children, Desiree, Joann, Celeste, Chickie and Gene.
