She was predeceased by : her daughter Marilyn Laufe; her husband Milton Lopatin; and her daughter Jody Lynn Bach. She is survived by : her son William "Billy" Lopatin (Rebecca Litman); and her grandchildren, Lopatins and Bachs.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Beth Shalom Cemetery (1501 Anderson Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15209). Her daughter, Jody Lynn Bach, died unexpectedly of COVID in 2021.
