She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephan Sas and Barbara Sas; her former husband Stefan Stasiak; and her husband Frank Patalsky. She is survived by: her children, Ted Stasiak (Jacqui) of North Huntingdon, Marion Stasiak (Marty) of Oakdale, Susan Tokarsky of North Versailles and Fran Johns (Joe) of Bethel Park; her grandchildren, Justin Tokarsky (Stefanie), Stephanie Stasiak, Rebecca Cottington (Mark), Melissa Chillinsky (Jon), Veronica Johns and Miranda Johns; and her great grandchildren, Willow Chillinsky and Oliver Tokarsky.
