He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Anne Caruso (Shupp); his parent Mary Caruso (Emmanul); his children, Joseph Anthony Caruso (Mindy) and Mark Andrew Caruso (Sara); and his grandchildren, Andrea, Ashley, Christina, Jessica and Scarlett.

In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the Parkinsons Foundation of Western PA, 575 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue, PA 15202.
