He is survived by: his children, Anthony Runco, III (Dee) and Alissa Runco (Todd Gottschalk); his grandchildren, Anthony Runco (Emily), Santino Runco (Cameron), Alexis Runco, Olivia Gottschalk and Jake Gottschalk; his great grandchild Domenico Runco; his brothers, Samuel Runco (Lois) and Dr. Angelo Runco (Marge); and his sister-in-law Angeline.
