He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Seiferth Reiber and Arthur J. Reiber Sr.; his former wife Mary Anne Marshall Reiber; his sister Lydia Strehl; and his aunt Bee Ellerman (Henry).
He is survived by: his wife Charlé Berry Reiber; his children, Stephanie Morris (Andrew) of Charlottesville, David Rownd (Theresa) of North Canton, Ohio, Roberta Rownd of Key West, Fla and Charles Rownd (Carol) of Boerne, Texas.; his grandchildren, Maggie, Ben, Jake Morris, John, Emily, Caroline Rownd, Kelly Rownd and Kate Marquez (Christian); his great grandchild Lucy Marquez; his niece Christine Strehl; and his great-nephew Isaac Strehl.
Due to restrictions on social gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, private family funeral services will be held at a later date this spring.
