It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Athena Hareras (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her cousin Peter Vassilatos. She is survived by: her siblings, George and Evangelia; her sons, John and Dennis Hareras; her children-in-law, Nasia and Annette; her grandchildren, Athena, Justin Tuohey, Evan and Meredith Hareras; her sisters-in-law, Voula Hareras and Yvonne Vassilatos; her cousin Jimmy Vassilatos; Alexander.

Donations in her memory are graciously accepted by the Philoptochos Society of the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church.
