He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Williams and Mildred Williams; and his siblings, John K. Williams, David Williams and Bess Groves.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mildred Williams of Ridgecrest, CA and Charles J. Williams (Ruth) of Bedford, PA.; his nephew James P Williams (Tanya); and his great-nephew Hunter of Gordonville, PA..
