He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lee Kalocay; his parents, Andrew B. Kalocay and Margaret Koschlick Kalocay; and his daughter Jennifer Kalocay. He is survived by: his children, Michael Kalocay (Wendy) and Jackie Kalocay-Hogg; his close friend Connie Zonca; and his grandchildren, Andrew Hogg, Rylee Kalocay and Ryan Kalocay.
