He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Sis" Francis (Cypher); his parents, Patrick Francis and Elsie Francis (Henning); his child Thomas; his sister Margaret Baker; and his sibling-in-law Thomas "Tucker" Jerry Cypher.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Grimm (late Jerry) and Bernard Jr. Francis (Kim); his grandchildren, Brian Francis (Beth), Danielle Abdelhak (John) and Erica Pangallo (Justin); his siblings, Ruth Luffey, Edward, Jack and Bill Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Khalil, Bill, Rich, Jim and Helen Rice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
