It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice A. Cook (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. "Cookie" Cook, Sr.; her son Keith Cook; her parents, Ann Reiland and Nicholas Reiland; her sister Lois Lewis (late Howard "Sparkie"); and her brother-in-law Jimmy Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Cook, Maureen Smith (Jim), Charles Cook, Jr. (Linda), Deborah Balkovec (John), David Cook (Karen) and Diane Cook; her grandchildren, Jason Cook (Robin), Christine Cook, Jenna Cook (Matt), Megan Cook (Ryan), Nicholas Balkovec and Angel; her great grandchildren, Caitlin, Cameran and Aleksah; and her siblings-in-law, Albert Cook and Ivy Scruggs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
