He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Lee Ballas; and his parents, Nicholas Ballas and Dorothy Ballas. He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Montani (Michael) and Nicole Ballas; his grandchildren, Christina, Melissa, Victoria, Nicholas and Ashley; his siblings, Elizabeth Rajkowski and George Ballas; and his sister-in-law Marianne Billante. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
