He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Toney; his son Daniel Craig Toney; and his sisters, Virginia Maynard, Viola Miller and Dorothy Bowen.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Scott Toney; his daughter-in-law Daisy Luanne Toney; his parent Gladye Toney; and his spouse Laura Belle Toney. He is also survived by daughter in law, is also survived by five grandchildren.
