He is survived by: his wife Joan Leighty Orndoff; his sons, David Blaine of Plum and Jeffrey Alan (Mary) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Andrew (Maddie), Emily Orndoff Waldenmeyer (Joseph), Patrick and Michael; his great grandchild Uli Waldenmeyer; and his brother Carl (Joann). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; as well as extended family and friends.
