He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Evans and O'dell Ruth Bowser (Swigert); and his siblings, Daniel Leonard Bowser, Edward Evans Bowser Jr., Leonard Dean Bowser, Raymond James Bowser and Renee Faye Bowser.
He is survived by: his pet Jake; his wife Beverly Ann Bowser (Jones); his children, Luanne Sue Bowser, Brenda Elizabeth Biscay and Matt Byrd Bowser (Jamie); his grandchildren, Rain Kamuela Inoue Bowser, Destiny Dawntay Tupes, Gabriel Thomas Brand, Crystal Biscay, Kayla Biscay, Chris Bryd Bowser and Marissa Shreffler; Wes Inoue.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
