Waugaman (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Waugaman and Jean Waugaman; and his stepdaughter Sandy Francolino. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Elaine Francolino and Carl Francolino (Elaine); his sibling's children, Barb Hathaway and Jack Waugaman (Deb); his great-niece Kaitlyn Porcelli (Michael); and his great-nephew Matthew Waugaman.
