He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Frankel; his parents, Max Frankel and Minnie Frankel; his sibling Sol Frankel; and also Rita A. Frankel.
He is survived by: his nieces, Gail Turrett, Deborah Frankel, Judith Lamb (Rich Ansell) and Amy Ansell Statman; and his friend Bonnie Wax.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. (5509 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
