He was predeceased by: his brother Samuel Nazzareno; and his parents, Josephine Nazzareno and Samuel Nazzareno. He is survived by: his children, Paul "Rick" Nazzareno (Leissa), Linda Dakis (Nick) and Carla Costa (Don); his grandchildren, Allison, Jessica Nazzareno, James "Jamey" Dakis (Jessica), Melissa, Gina Dakis, Josh Costa (Callie) and Maura Costa; his great grandchildren, Carmella Costa and Jenna Cipollini; his sister Mary Lou Nazzareno; his niece Michelle Nazzareno Dodgen (Steve); his great-niece Teena; and his great-nephew Stephen.

Following COVID-19 guidelines, Masks are required.
