He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer A. Lykens and Elizabeth M. Lykens (Welch); and his sister Betty Walker. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lykens; his daughters, Patricia Roemer, Rhonda Lykens Inkrote and Melissa Dinges; his grandchildren, Shawn Ryckman, Andrew Ryckman, Elizabeth Czechorski, Angelina Sassano, Emily Dinges and Paige Dinges; his brother-in-law Bill Ambrose of Tipton; and his siblings, Polly Christine, Barbara Waite, Pam Woomer, Penny Wright and Charles Lykens.
