He was predeceased by: his son John Henigin; his parents, Clarence Henigin and Margaret Henigin; and his sisters, Joyce Murphree, Zoe Mathis and Dorothy Matrozza.

He is survived by: his wife Faye B. Henigin; his daughters, Mary Ann Weitzel (Randy) and Elizabeth Miller; his grandchildren, Anthony Pezzula, Ryan Cobbett, Sarah Miller and Danielle Miller; and his great grandchild Liam Cobbett.
