Cook; his siblings, Tatyana Theresa Cook and Alexander F. S. Cook; his sister-in-law Victoria Cook (Arel); his nieces, Eleanor Lee and Alexandria Jane; his aunts, Kerry Ann Kennelly and Cynthia Kennelly (Cyndi); his uncle Charlie Umphred; his great-aunt Loralee; his stepsister Jennifer Hill; his cousins, Jim, Kathleen Upchurch and Liam Upchurch; his godfather Ray Lardin (Aleta Lardin); and his aunts and uncles, Jeffrey, Renee Cook, Tim, Kim Cook, Robin and Suzanne Cook.
Memorials may be given to Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Donations may be made in Christian's honor at NAMI of Pittsburgh, St. Stephen's Anglican Church for the People Helpers or Children's Ministries, and Little Sisters of the Poor.
