He is survived by: his parents, Paul Hallam and Debra Hallam (Winters); his brothers, Scott Hallam (Allison Baldwin) and Shane Hallam (Amanda Stefanowicz); his siblings' children, Emma, Daniel and Isabel Hallam; his cousins, Darlene Lyon (Gene), Kristine Adams (Gary), Linda Nuttall, Jennifer Nuttall, Rebecca Addison (Mark), Clayton D. Russell (Nancy), Patrick Hallam (Patty), Brian Hallam (Jen), Leslie Phillips (Lance), Dale Hallam (Honey), Bethany Hallam, Jamie Hallam and Eric Hallam; and also Sid Hallam. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
