He was predeceased by: his brother Scotty Albert Millington. He is survived by: his parents, Scott P. Millington of Glassport and Karin Cain of Brentwood; his daughter Shayla R. Millington of Brentwood; his sister Amandia Millington (John) of Munhall; his nephew Johnny; and his pets, Sadie, Kitty and Icey. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
