He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Saunders and Hilda Walker-Saunders (Harriet V. Williams); and his son Richard Saunders. He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Spell, Shirley Owens and Kennatti Saunders; his children, Marlen Saunders, Linda King-Alice Saunders and Karen Donaldson; and his son-in-law Jerry Donaldson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
