She was predeceased by: her parents, Hannah Green and Calvin Green; her husband Charles W. Bolam; and her siblings, Decima Henry, Arthur Lavere McCallister, Walter Green and Calvin Green.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Jim) of Punxsutawney, Chuck (Elena) of Sarasota, FL and Ken of Charlotte, NC; her daughter-in-law Darlene Ward (Mike) of Oil City; her grandchildren, Andrea Kaelin (Marc) of Jacksonville, Meggan Matson (Jack) of Brookville, Stacy Wessel (Allen) of New Holland, Sidney Bolam King (Brendan) of Nashville, IN, Michael Bolam of Pittsburgh, Kari Zeigler (Howard) of Evans City, Lauren Bolam of Charlotte and Jordan Woodburn of Germany; her sister Audrey; and her siblings-in-law, David Welty of Lincoln, IL., Shirley Bolam of Jupiter, FL and Richard Bolam (Mary Ann) of Sarasota.
Due to the current restrictions related to Covid 19, the funeral will be held at Deeley's Funeral Home for immediate family only.
