She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Caldwell; and her brother William. She is survived by: her children, John (Kathy), Phyllis and Gary (Patti); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Tim), Christian (Lisa), Kristen (Mike), Jamie, Michael (Jen), Melissa and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Cody, Austin, Tori, Thomas, Alexis, Emily, Keegan, Caleb, Mackenzie and Madelyn; and her brothers, Edward and Joseph. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
