She was predeceased by: her son John R. Kurlfink, Jr.; her grandson Paul Kurlfink, Jr.; and her sister Charlotte Collins. She is survived by: her children, Paul "Whitey" Kurlfink (Doreen) and Mary "Cookie" Mazza; her children-in-law, August and Elvira Kurlfink-Mason; her grandchildren, Matthew (Kristen), Melissa (Rusty), August (Amanda) and Michael (Samantha); and her brothers, Jim Collins (Nina) and William David Collins. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
