He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Koch (Emma); and his brother David Koch. He is survived by: his brother Ronald Koch (Shirley) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his sibling's children, Dennis Koch (Linda), Dwight Koch (Debra) and Cheryl Gilliam (Charles).
His family and friends are asking that in lieu of flowers, any donations be made in his memory to Zion Lutheran Church, 4301 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
