He is survived by: his wife Annette Illig (Kiel); his daughters, Jocelyn Rowe (Chase) of Pittsburgh, PA and Kaitlin Thomas (Jake) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Nolan, Annie, Harper Rowe, Carter Thomas and Cameran Thomas; his mother Francis Illig; his sister-in-law Judy Illig; his siblings, Joanne Zeigler (Phil) and Tim Illig (Connie); and also, Terry Illig (Becky), Tom Illig (Kathy), Karen Gallucci (Mike), Brian Illig, Arlene Illig, Carl Illig (Beth), Janet Zabrosky (Bob) and Chad Illig (Kristy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
