He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Birchok; his children, Daniel Birchok Jr. (Lori Roddy), Annie Mulig (Matt) and Jonathan Birchok (Julie); his grandchildren, Hakim, Jacob, Anna, Emily, Lexi, Dominic, Jamie, Ben and Olivia; and his siblings, Maryann Pennekamp and David Birchok.
