He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Kwiatkowski; and his brother Joseph Fanzo (Vivian). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fanzo; his daughters, Brittney Fanzo and Deanna Goettel (Bob); and his cousins, Mark Hils and George Ruscitto.
