He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McCartan and Mary McCartan (Kinney); his wife Lorraine Loretta McCartan (Gordon); and his daughter Colleen. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur McCartan, Daniel McCartan and Sean McCartan (Jan); and his granddaughters, Danielle, Rachel, Bethany, Molly and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
