He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Thomas and Lois Thomas (Hughes); his siblings, Lenny Thomas and Virginia Thomas; and his mother-in-law Betsy Harsh.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Thomas (Harsh); his children, Amy McClellan (Will) and William McClellan IV of Texarkana, TX; his siblings, Lorraine Lawson (Tom), Margaret "Peg" Burd (Mark) and Forrest "Trees" Thomas (Janie); and his brother-in-law Frank Harsh of Blairsville, PA. He is also survived by numerous Nieces & Nephews.
