He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dolores Balcer-Miller; his siblings, Stephen Balcer, Carl Balcer, Cheryl Balcer-Woollett and Christine Prendergast; and his stepdaughter Teri Cataldo-Fazio. He was also cherished by Step-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
