He was predeceased by: his child Mark A. Blum. He is survived by: his spouse Dolores "Dolly" (Leininger); his children, Thomas D. Blum (Cynthia), Stephen J. Blum (Kathleen), Elizabeth A. Felt (Robert) and Lyle J. Blum (Tracy); his sibling Geneva Schrag; and his grandchildren, Mark E. Blum, Rachel Felt, Grant Felt and Ryan Blum.
