David Harper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 56, David Harper of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Raymond Harper and Mabel Brown England; and his sister Margaret Neal. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Harper Hicks (Austin) and Tyler David Harper (Brooke); his wife Lisa Craze Harper; his siblings, Raymond Harper (Susan), William Harper (Debbie), Tony Harper (Gayle), Lena Langston (Elmer), Frances Buck (Shirl) and Pat Crowe (Cecil); Robbie Leach.
Due to COVID-19, everyone is encouraged to wear a mask and abide by social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made to the Oliver Springs High School Football Team, Oliver Springs High School Cheerleading Team, or Oliver Springs Middle School Football Team.
