He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Tracy Huagai Zheng; his daughter Ann; his grandchild Acadia; his siblings, James, Jianwen and Qiaoxi; and his brother-in-law Guanliang.
David's sudden illness caused by a rare disease necessitated a quick move to Seattle at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
