He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. and Pearl Jarzynka, Sr. (Stec); and his sister Jeannie M. Wolkiewicz (Frank). He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy J. Wood (Chuck), Joseph "Josh" A. Jarzynka, Jr., James "Crusher" L. Jarzynka and Thomas A. Jarzynka; his girlfriend Wendy DeRobio; his siblings' children, Elizabeth "EJ" Jarzynka, Seth Jarzynka (Mallory) and Ashley Bauman (Chad); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brock, Melaina and Leah.
