He was predeceased by: his father Herman Moltz. He is survived by: his mother Carol Moltz; his children, Thomas, Alexandria, David, Milanna, Nicholas, Micheal, Jacob, Irelynn and Sarah; and his brothers, Simon and Noah Moltz. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
