It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Despina Xenakis (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 11, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Anthony Xenakis; her children, Kathy (John Mantagos), Ergetti, Emanuel (Dee), Alexander and Theodore Xenakis (Colleen); her grandchildren, Paraskos (Emmanuela), Antoni, Kalliope (Sebastian), Shane, Teriann, Despina (Clint), Dede, Anthony, Angelo, Dessie Joy, Nikki and Alexa; and her great grandchildren, Ion, Dioni, Luke, Emanuela, Aristides and Alexander.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made either to Holy Cross Church, Agapi Fund or PanIcarian Brotherhood's Foundation Scholarship Fund or the Icarian Magazine.
