She is survived by: her husband David W. Leonard; her children, Scott D. Leonard (Stefani), Mark J. Leonard, Erin E. Leonard and Doug W. Leonard (Paige); her grandchildren, Caroline, Nolan, Layla, Taylor, Ashley, Miles and Campbell Leonard; her siblings, C. Jan Adamiec, Clifford A. Adamiec (Shelly) and MaryBeth Douglas (William); and her friend MaryJo Depp.
