He was predeceased by: his wife Aleene Abbott; and his sons, Alan J. and Grant J. Abbott. He is survived by: his son Kevin Abbott (Edna); his granddaughters, Amanda Mahaffey (Ryan), Elizabeth Quaglia (Nicholas) and Cynthia Abbott; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Scarlett Mahaffey, Aria and Penelope Quaglia.
