He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Patricia Louise Foley (Salem); his children, Colleen Foley, Cindy Nee (John), Carole Jennings (Chuck), Brian Foley (Rita) and Bartley Foley; his grandchildren, Charles II, Chelsy, Katelyn, Erin, Victoria, Christopher, Nicholas, Benjamin, MacKenzie, Mia, Mason and Liam; his great grandchild Fiona Rose; his parents, Patrick B. Foley and Mary Ann Foley; and his siblings, Kay Quint (Jack) and Gene Foley (Natalie). He was also cherished by several Nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Central Catholic High School or Locust Grove Assisted Living Memory Unit.
